The Villas:

The complex consists of 3 luxury villas that promise to offer comfort, hospitality and a warm atmosphere. Villas Sivota offers sea view, private lounge, private beach, private parking, garden and BBQ facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout.

Each villa has a balcony, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, hobs, toaster, and coffee maker. Living room with sofa, TV, washing machine and private bathroom with shower & hairdryer.

Villa Aphrodite

The main villa (150 sq.m.) on the ground floor can accommodate up to 7 people. It is surrounded by trees, natural vegetation and wonderful panoramic sea view (Sivota, Islands, Corfu). This villa has an outdoor pool with spa – lower extremity spa (without chlorine, but oxygen !!) and also has a counter-swimming system, foot massage and waterfall for neck massage!! Villa Aphrodite has private parking for 10 cars.

The villa offers are all the amenities of a modern luxury house, such as: 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 3rd bedroom with a single bed and 4th bedroom with a bunk bed. The bedrooms offer sea views and premium English and Swedish latex mattresses.

There are also 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, tea / coffee making facilities, refrigerator, all kinds of kitchen utensils, dishwasher, oven, toaster. A washing machine / dryer, LCD TVs with satellite channels – CD / DVD and radio are also available. Central heating, air conditioning and fireplace. Balconies with double glazing, courtyard and private entrance. Villa Aphrodite offers a private pool with a lower extremity spa and a waterfall for a neck massage.

Villas Kirki & Galini

Villas Kirki and Galini, 70 sq.m., are located on the first floor of the building and can comfortably accommodate up to 4-5 people.

The 2 identical but completely independent villas consist of: An open space on the 1st floor with a king size bed, living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen, tea / coffee maker, fridge, oven and toaster. The internal staircase leads to the attic where there are 2 single beds.

The villas also have a washing machine / dryer, LCD TVs with satellite channels – CD / DVD and radio. Central heating, air conditioning. Double glazing and private entrance. Villa Kirki & Galini do NOT have access to the pool.
