The apartments “Athina” is a newly built, small accommodation in Sivota Thesprotia, built and decorated with the traditional architecture of Epirus. They are located in a quiet neighborhood, just 700 m. from the centre of Sivota, 1 km from Zavia beach and 1.5 km from Gallikos Molos beach.

It consists of 4 maisonettes with comfortable rooms, which can accommodate a family of 4 people.

• Each maisonette (65 sq.m.) consists of ground floor and first floor connected by an internal staircase. On the first floor there is the bedroom (with double bed) and the bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, the living room with two sofas – single beds and the terrace overlooking the garden.

All apartments have comfortable spaces, fully equipped kitchens (kitchenette, oven, kitchen utensils, refrigerator), air conditioning, fireplace and satellite TV in the living room.

In the surrounding area you will find a variety of trees and plants, thus providing coolness, as well as a well-equipped playground with ample space suitable for small children.
